Troubleshooting Your Webcam Video Displaying a Black Screen
On occasion, users may experience a black screen when launching their video display. This may be due to anti-virus or network security application blocking Zoom's access to your camera. Check your antivirus software and allow for the Zoom application to have access to your webcam.
- Open any anti-virus or network security application on your device, and search for the webcam access blocklist.
- Remove Zoom from the blocklist.
- Launch a test meeting to see if that helped resolve your video issue.
